Travel Iron Tote Class w Nancy Hicks

This makes a cute bag to take your small iron to class or retreats and it opens up to be an ironing surface. 

Materials: One fat quarter (prewashed cotton); 15” x 18”  piece of heat resistant ironing board fabric; 15” x 18” two layers of Insulation-Bright or cotton batting; two 1” buttons (shank works well); 6 inches of 1/4” elastic; 1/4 yard of contrast fabric to make 65” of binding or prepackaged binding.
