We're thrilled to announce our annual Holiday Art Market on Saturday, November 8th, from 9 AM to 3 PM! This event will be held at Paris Academy, 402 Lee Street, Paris, TN, with vendor booths located in the First Floor Classrooms & Lunchroom.
A Curated Showcase of Handmade Excellence
This market is a fundraiser benefiting Paris Academy for the Arts, and we're dedicated to showcasing high-quality, handmade, and carefully curated items. We pride ourselves on offering our community a unique and elevated shopping experience, featuring only the finest handcrafted goods. Please note that sales of pre-manufactured items or kits will not be accepted, even if hand-embellished. If your passion lies in creating exquisite, one-of-a-kind pieces, we encourage you to apply.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking vendors who specialize in original, handcrafted art and artisan goods. To maintain the integrity and focus of our market, we advise vendors to present a single area of focus or specialty. This ensures a diverse and complementary collection of offerings for our visitors. Examples of ideal specialties include, but are not limited to:
Fine art (paintings, sculptures, prints)
Unique pottery and ceramics
Hand-blown glass art
Exquisite jewelry crafted from precious metals or unique materials
High-end textiles and fiber art
Artisan woodworking
Specialty bath and body products made with natural ingredients
Application & Vendor Details
New Vendors: If you have not been a vendor at our Academy Art Market in the past, please submit two photos of your work to parisacademyforthearts@gmail.com with your application.
Application Review: All applications will be reviewed, and you'll be notified by email or phone to confirm your registration and acceptance.
Booth Sizes: Booths are approximately 1/4 of a classroom or equivalent in the hall areas in the first floor of the Academy. This year, we are excited to share that some booths may also be assigned in the lunchroom where we sell homemade soups, sandwiches and baked items for lunch, bringing a variety of patrons. Please ONLY bring tables for your set up. No canopies or tents will be permitted due to space.
Set-up Times: Please indicate your preference on the application form:
Friday, November 7th, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday, November 8th, 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Additional Details: Specific set-up details will be emailed to accepted vendors by October 25th.
Vendor Fees & Contributions
Application Fee: A $10 non-refundable application fee is due with your application form by October 20th. Payments are accepted online or by check. An online payment link and additional information will be displayed on a new page after your form is submitted.
Sales Contribution: Paris Academy for the Arts also asks for a contribution of 20% of your art market sales, to be paid on the day of the event.
Tables: Tables will not be provided unless reserved in advance for a fee of $10 (one 6-ft or 8-ft table, based on availability). Select the second option in the payment window's drop-down menu if you would like PAA to provide a table for your space. Please note that we have limited tables available, and they will be provided in the order in which we receive payments for that option.
