Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! It takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. This Latin and world-inspired dance program includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Soca, Vallenato, Belly Dance, Tango, Bollywood, Cha-Cha, Flamenco, and more. It offers a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, calorie burn, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. It's great for the mind, body, and soul; it's exercise in disguise.

This class is for a pull-over hoodie that makes up well from just about anything -Recycled quilts, blankets, Kantha cloth, beach towels, etc. Basically anything that isn’t heavy or bulky. If using yardage you will need roughly 3.5 yards.  Pattern is required - contact the instructor about this as she has a discount code. Hoodie in photo was made from one piece of Kantha cloth.

Let’s make a pretty journal using some fabric scraps and a Composition book. These are easy to make, eye catching and great gifts for teachers, friends, children or anyone you want to remember.  You will need two pieces of 11” x 23” cotton fabric and a piece of batting the same size. Also a Composition book, large button and a ponytail elastic. If you want to make one that looks like the picture let the instructor know and she will bring fabric strips to create it.
