This Latin and world-inspired dance program includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Soca, Vallenato, Belly Dance, Tango, Bollywood, Cha-Cha, Flamenco, and more. It offers a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, calorie burn, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. It's great for the mind, body, and soul; it's exercise in disguise.

Let’s make a pretty journal using some fabric scraps and a Composition book. These are easy to make, eye catching and great gifts for teachers, friends, children or anyone you want to remember.  You will need two pieces of 11” x 23” cotton fabric and a piece of batting the same size. Also a Composition book, large button and a ponytail elastic. If you want to make one that looks like the picture let the instructor know and she will bring fabric strips to create it.
