Holiday Bow Sewing

Let’s make a big, beautiful bow for your holiday decorations. The pictures show two possibilities, but think fall, Thanksgiving, spring, Easter or whatever holiday you like to celebrate. These are easy and beginner friendly.

For the bow with the larger squares you will need 40 four inch squares. For the bow with smaller squares you will need 152 two and a half inch squares. The batting and backing requirements are the same for either bow at 2 pieces; one measuring 42” x 9” and one measuring 32” x 9”. A walking foot is helpful but not necessary.
