T-shirt Quilt

Everyone has a bag of old T-shirts they are saving for the memories. Let's get them out of the bag and into a beautiful quilt you can cherish every day! I will take you through all the steps to make this priceless heirloom.

You will need 10-12 clean T-shirts, 2 packages of fusible interfacing (Walmart has packages of feather weight and mid weight, either is fine), some strips of fabric, various lengths and widths, that coordinate with the T-shirts, 1/2 yard of a border fabric, light weight cotton batting, 3 yards of backing fabric, 1/2 yard of binding fabric, fabric and paper scissors, teflon pressing sheet, sewing machine , thread and other sewing supplies.
